Pickup, Shipping, and Returns
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Local Pickup Policy
You can skip the shipping fees with free local in-store pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared for pickup.
We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 AM to 4 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, or by appointment only on Friday.
Shipping is calculated based on your location. The closer the location, the less costly shipping will be. USPS Priority Flat Rate is the primary method of shipping; however, I will ship the cheapest way possible that offers tracking services.
Products are shipped 5-7 days from order and gift messages are available.
Contact me directly if you need a product by a certain date or require a special gift message.
How do I check the status of my order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at email@example.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
